Healthcare Benefits

We offer our employees and their dependents a competitive health insurance package, including medical, dental, orthodontics, vision, and hearing care.

Life insurance coverage

Cessna provides all employees a base life insurance plan, with additional life insurance available at group rates. Employees may also select dependent life insurance for spouses and children.


All employees get a company-funded pension plan and the option to participate in Cessna’s 401(k) plan with no waiting period.

Tuition reimbursement

Our tuition reimbursement program is open to all employees, regardless of tenure. Reimbursements are available for both full-time and part-time employees, contingent upon meeting requirements. The program applies to accredited colleges, universities, community colleges, and technical schools.

Cessna Employees Flying Club

Flight isn’t just what we create — it’s who we are. We encourage private flying amongst our employees through the Cessna Employees Flying Club, which provides the opportunity to learn to fly, gain advanced ratings in Cessna aircraft, and rent single-engine piston aircrafts at very low costs.

The Cessna Employees Club (CEC)

Cessna employees and their families enjoy social and recreational perks through the CEC. The club offers discount tickets to major events and attractions, special-interest clubs as well as access to on-site recreational facilities, including basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, swimming pool, driving range, and running track.
