Garmin G5000

The G5000 introduces a new streamlined cockpit avionics design which provides enhanced situational awareness, ergonomics, functionality, and appearance. It gives pilots a powerful, intuitive platform that introduces capabilities new to the CITATION line of aircraft. Garmin has rapidly gained a foothold into the aviation market, deploying over 12,000 integrated flight decks since the introduction of the G1000. The Garmin design philosophy is to simplify operation, minimize workload, and reduce the time required to access functionality, while providing a more capable avionics suite then was previously available with legacy avionics. The G5000 has the ability to be upgraded as new technologies or requirements evolve, thus ensuring it remains well suited to deal with future needs.
